On the Files tab, go into game/R5/Content/Paks, create a ~mods folder if there isn't one, upload the mod files into it, then restart the server. Mods that need UE4SS can't be added, because the Files tab doesn't accept .dll files. Many mods also need installing on every player's game, so check each mod's page.

Check these in order. The server has to finish starting before its invite code works, and the Invite code row on the Overview tab only fills in once the server has logged it. The code is case sensitive, so copy it rather than retyping it. If Connection Method is set to Direct IP, friends need the Server address from the same card, not the code. Finally, the game refuses to join a server running an older version than the player's game, so after a Windrose patch press Update in the Game updates card on the Overview tab.
