RCON (Remote Console) is the admin protocol that lets you run server commands from outside the game. Your RCON credentials are on the service page in the LOW.MS Control Panel. For community servers we recommend CRCON — it's the de facto community-standard HLL admin tool and handles most of the moderation workflows (automod, VIP management, broadcasts, map voting) out of the box.
Hell Let Loose has three live game modes: Warfare (symmetric five-sector control), Offensive (asymmetric attack/defend), and Skirmish (smaller-scale point control). A fourth mode, Conquest, is currently available on Steam's Experimental Branch for playtesting but hasn't shipped to the default branch yet.
RAM sizing and upgrade options live on the hosting page — we'd rather keep the specs there as the single source of truth than have FAQs go stale. For heavy CRCON usage or long campaign events you may want to upgrade at order time or later from the control panel.
