Cancelling your server

A quick guide on how to cancel your server with LOW.MS
- Navigate to Billing Area
- Log in
- Click 'Services' near the top of the page
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- Click the red box in the center with the text 'Request Cancellation'
- Type a brief reason why - helps us how we can make our service better
- Select the Cancellation Type - majority of people need 'End of Billing Period'
- Click 'Request Cancellation'
