Installing/Activating Hildir's Quest DLC on my Valheim Server

Valheim dedicated servers generally all receive the update by simply running a Steam Update, there is no special installation or config to enable this.

For LOW.MS Customers simply:

• Login to the Control Panel
• Navigate to your server
• Stop your server
• Hit 'Steam Update' on the left hand
• Start your server

Once the DLC has been released, that is all the steps you will need to do to update your server to enable the DLC.

We generally advise that you start a new map, as the new content will only spawn into locations that you've not been to before, which for some players, means they dont get any new content.

For non LOW.MS Customers:

• Download SteamCMD if you don't have it already
• Execute this command:
  "C:\WhereYouInstalledSteamCMD\steamcmd.exe" +force_install_dir "C:\My\Server\FileLocation\valheim" +login "anonymous" +app_update 896660 validate +quit
