  • Log in
• Click 'Services' near the top of the page
• Select the service you wish to cancel
• Click the red box in the center with the text 'Request Cancellation'
• Type a brief reason why - helps us how we can make our service better
• Select the Cancellation Type - majority of people need 'End of Billing Period'
• Click 'Request Cancellation'
