Best Customer Support
Very happy with the specs of their dedicated servers along with very caring support. When my set-up stopped working normally, they went out of there way to talk to me in real-time and help me out with something that wasn't even their fault. They're always open to help.

Great hosting for Stormworks, the game has it's problems but lowms have been great at helping us out with the server :)
Good Stuff
Out of all hosting providers. This is by far the top choice in my list. Simple UI with a mod manager included making is hassle-free when downloading specific mods. It is expensive if you want asian server but its worth the payment.

Ideal server hosting service
I don't think its exagerating, saying low.ms is the best server hosting team i've worked with. There quick reply's and the perfect work of the solution they provide is increadible. I've been hosting servers for the past 6 years and since i found them i would not go somewhere else. As soon as i need a new server i'll be back with low.ms !
