There are several ways you can contact us. We are generally available on a 24/7 hour basis, but there are times during the night when we may not be (UK Time). We hope to resolve this by hiring more staff very soon.
You can create a ticket in our ticketing system. Tickets are normally answered within 1 hour during working hours (10am - 10pm GMT), sometimes within minutes!
We have a Discord server which we use to compliment our ticketing system. It is not an official method of support but if your issue is urgent and your ticket is not answered promptly, by all means get in touch with someone on Discord.
Our live chat support is currently not available. Discord is an excellent alternative for real-time support. We will be looking at adding website live chat back in the near future.
